The coronavirus vaccines is able to protect you from getting the virus. However, it might lead to some mild side effects after the first or second dose.
These effects are normal and reflects that your body is starting to build protection and immunity against COVID-19.
For some people, these side effects might prohibit them from performing their daily activities, but usually they disappear after few days.

However, most of the side effects appear within the first three days of getting the vaccine and usually last for a maximum of two days.
It is important to mention that the COVID-19 vaccine can lead to side effects similar to the symptoms of the coronavirus itself.
So how can I differentiate between the symptoms of coronavirus and the side effects of the vaccine?
If you’ve taken the COVID-19 vaccine and you developed symptoms for more than three days of taking it, then it’s better to isolate yourself and get tested to the virus.
