Josh Duggar has been captured and is being held without bond in an Arkansas prison.
The previous 19 Kids and Counting star was captured by Homeland Security on Thursday, a delegate for the U.S. Marshals Service affirms to PEOPLE. Online prison records don't show what charges he was captured on when he was reserved.
Delegates for Josh and for TLC didn't quickly react to PEOPLE's solicitations for input.
Josh, 33, has confronted different debates since entering the public eye with his family on TLC reality arrangement, 19 Kids and then some.
